Introduction: Texsoft-100 is one kind of fatty acid amides, suitable for all kinds of textile. Impart
the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel Easily to dissolve, soluble in cold water,the
effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing. Suitable for
soft finishing of printing and washing plant.

Use Area

◆ Soft finish of all kinds of textile, impart the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel Easily to dissolve,
soluble in cold water,the effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing.
Suitable for soft finishing of printing and washing plant.

Usage amount for reference

◆ Dipping Process: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f) , bath ratio 1:10-15,temperature:40-50℃，15-30 minutes.

◆ Padding Process: 2-3g/L ,temperature 30 ~ 40°C.

Dilution
◆ Cool dilution: Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 5-10%, stir
the mixture to split the flakes for 3-5min, then leave the mixture aside for 1-2 hrs. After observing the
flakes are totally dissolved, restir the mixture slowly to get an even paste.

Storage

◆ Store in cool,dry and ventilated warehouse. Take care of heavy pressure to prevent agglomeration.
One year of storage period.
