Project Background

The Dakota Tech Incubator has been well-received by the Sioux Falls business community, as well as
by science and technology faculty at the University of South Dakota in nearby Vermillion. The Sioux
Falls Center for Business and Technology has hired Lewis and Wilson Construction to build the main
structure, along with several supplementary structures, with construction beginning in April. This
report summarizes the most important information related to constructing the facility.
