Threat Group’s Plans, Sightings and Movements

DATE : January 26, 2024

1. Reference: Memorandum from that office dated January 26, 2024 with
subject same as above.

2. This pertains to the set of information on specific locations nationwide

where CTG and LTG personalities/members were sighted and believed to conduct
hostile activities such as bombings, ambuscades, harassments, raids, attacks,
burning, hold-up/robbery, extortion and liquidation targeting government forces,
officials, vital installations, and other vulnerable targets including government
informants at any opportune time.
3. Attached herewith the action taken and certification of the said subject.

2024, PCPT ARIES I LAZARES, DCOP
conducted Police Information Continuing
Education (PICE) to the duty personnel
of Balete MPS in regards to the
intensification of security measures
against threat groups plans, sightings
and movements. Further, DCOP
directed the personnel to heighten target
hardening on vital installations and
intensify the police visibility to pre-empt
any plan on hostile activities such as
bombings, ambuscades harassments, raids attacks burning, hold-up/robbery,
extortion and liquidation targeting government forces, government officials, vital
installations, and other vulnerable targets at any opportune time.

At about 10:24 AM of January 26,

2024, personnel of Balete MPS led by

conducted information dissemination

Leader conducted Oplan SIta at Brgy.
Poblacion, Balete, Batangas as part of
proactive and effective security
measures/enhance in order to prevent or
avert any violent incident, and ensure
that these planned security measures
and monitored threats within the area of
responsibility.

At about 2:07 PM of January 26,

2024, PCPT ARIES ILAGAN LAZARES
DCOP conducted coordination with Mr.
Gerardo Valencia Brgy. Captain of
Poblacion, Balete Batangas as part of
proactive and effective security
measures/enhance in order to prevent or
avert any violent incident, and ensure
that these planned security measures
and monitored threats within the area of
responsibility.
