Teacher Tips!
1. To name your sheet, click the tab
at the bottom of the document.
Name it for the week it shows.
3. Customize the colors! Use the “fill” option at the top tool bar to
select and change colors within the document. You can use the
“prefilled” colors or choose your own!
4. Add and delete cells by right clicking the cell, then selecting what
you’d like to add or change. You can also enlarge or shorten the cells
by sliding the edges of the cell blocks in the margins.

Please note that this file is intended to be used in Google TM Drive, specifically Google TM
Slides. Here are directions for using this file in your Google TM Drive.

3. Have access to the Internet and the Google Account you’d like to save
this file too. If your school gives you access to Google, you may need
to be signed in as that account. (Please note, Google accounts are
FREE) If you are having trouble getting the file to open, you may need
to create a free personal google account, then share that file with
yourself. Some school accounts restrict access to outside Google Files.
4. Open the file on your own Google Drive. You should see the file in your
drive, ready to be shared. Please note, the file is already set to allow
you to edit. You do not need to change anything on your end!
5. If you’d like to print out a copy, be sure you have printer access to
print the finished product. (OPTIONAL) Then, select the option
“Download as PDF” this will create a clean copy of the lesson plans.
Perfect for submitting in person plans, or copies to have in hand.
