2.2. Services

3. Term of delivery

3.1. The material will be delivered to PT EMDEKI UTAMA, Tbk, Gresik

3.2. The delivery of goods between 26 up to 30 weeks (out of public holidays) after Purchase Order (PO)

4. Term of payment

The schedule of payment shall be as below:

4.1. Equipment
- 30% Down Payment
- 70% before material ready to deliver

4.2. Services
- 30% Down Payment
- 70% after Engineering and commissioning

All the above payments by T/T shall be executed within 7 (Seven) calendar days and subject to the receipt
of correct and complete invoicing documents.

5. Guarantee

5.1. Equipment (Siemens only) is under 1 (one) year warranty by PT Siemens Indonesia starting from date
of delivery. This condition applied for normal application or in line with its specification
5.2. 1 (one) year warranty for programming system and troubleshooting by PT Simentari Abdhi Bina.

6. Validity

Validity of This Quotation is September 25th, 2022
