OCTOBER 02, 2023 Policies on Employee Conduct, Personnel Matters

- The facilitator explains the process of grievance for
employee of the DSWD, the rights and don’ts as a
government employee and importance of being aware
of every actions taken
Finance Matters
- Explain the process of TE and Technical assistance in
creating TEV to avoid slash. The facilitator highlights
the claims for with in 50 kms, above 50 kms and when
stay overnight on GIDA and non GIDA areas
Records Management & ISO
- Discuss the importance of Records, No of years to be
counted before disposal and fine given to government
employee caught doing unnecessary action towards
government records and files
Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program Overview
- Discuss about the harmony of different systems in the
program and KU framework
Beneficiary Data Management\
- The Facilitator shared about the Beneficiary Data
Management, process of encoding, household status
and different updates
OCTOBER 03, 2023 Compliance Verification System,
- The facilitator discusses about the importance of the
system in the program, the different CV Forms which
is the master list, education, health and FDS forms
and conditions of the program
Grievance Redress System
- The facilitator discusses about valid Grievances,
request for inquiries and its sub categories and mode
or channels of complaining grievance.

- Explain the cash flow process of cash grants upon

encoding of the CVS and answer concerns regarding
unpaid grants of handled beneficiaries

Pantawid Pamilya Information System

- Explain different sites to access as a Municipal link

and walk through on the PPIS as it is the system
 which is being use for information checking and
updating of the status of the household benefeciaries

Convergence and Partnership

- Explain the importance of Partnership to LGU, CSO,

NGO and other stakeholders to improve the level of
wellbeing of the beneficiaries

DSWD Advisory Council

- Explain about the persons involve in decision making

under, National, Regional, Provincial and Municipal
Level for the concerns of the program implementation
and implementing rules and regulations

MCCT, ESSI, IP Safeguards

- Share about the IPRA Law of the indigenous people,

experience in handling IP’s Pantawid beneficiaries
and approaches needed as an MCCT worker in IP’s
area

OCTOBER 05, 2023 Knowing my Purpose,

- Deeper understanding about one self, purpose as
Municipal link and motivation to change the level of
wellbeing of the pantawid beneficiaries
Overview of Kilos Unlad Social Case Management
- Sharing of the Kilos Unlad Frame work, From
Engagement to Termination, different annexes being
use as a tool for kilos unlad and urgent targets for
case management under the program to improve its
services on the beneficiaries.

OCTOBER 06, 2023 Gender and Development and Gender Sensitivity Training
- Disscuss the difference between gender and sex,
knowing the institutions responsible for gender roles
and norms and cause of stereotypes in an individual,
Importance of being gender sensitive and promoting
of a gender sensitive community for liberation.

- The municipal link was being formally endorsed to the
community parent leaders and tasked to discuss the
grievance redress system as part of technical
assistance to old and new sets of parent leaders
OCTOBER 10, 2023 MC36 Case Conference and Orientation about Kilos Unlad
Frame work
- The municipal link is invited to learn about case
management presentation under MC 36 or zero
compliance beneficiaries and givrn an opportunity to
give critic to one of the presentor. Then at the
 afternoon is the discussion about Kilos Unlad
framework and different annexes.

Accomplishing of Withdrawal Slip for Set 11 and 12 OTC

requirements,

Checking of Household Status of Handled cluster groups

OCTOBER 12, 2023 Accomplishing of Requirements for Child Exemplary

- The municipal link collect all of the necessary

documents needed for municipal screening and
conduct interview with neighbors and family of the
selected participants for child excemplary.
