Greetings in Christ!

I hope this letter find you well. I am writing this to address a minor oversight
regarding my attendance on June 8, 2023, as recorded in the biometric. As per the
biometric record, it may appear that I forgot to break out during lunch time on that
day, and break out last June 26, 2023, leading to did not reflect my fingerprint in the
machine. But with honesty, I confirm that I indeed recorded my break out time in the
logbook.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this oversight may have
caused. It was entirely unintentional. And to prevent any future discrepancies, I will
more vigilant in ensuring that all protocol are strictly followed, and I will make it
personal responsibility to log in and out using the protocols are strictly followed, and I

accurately.
