 1.Project Introduction:

1.1 Project Profile :

The wedding planning system is a web-base platform for couples and

vendors.each userhas different perspective towards the
system,depands on the needs in terms of their roles in the system.
Couple
Couples are brides and grooms who are initiating their wedding
planning. They use the system to help them make decision based on
their preference and budget when taking in pricings for their desired
wedding services and products. They are responsible for specifying
their desires and needs of every aspect of the wedding such as themes,
styles, locations, dates, vendor brands and etc. They can make
changes anytime during the planning process.

Vendor

Vendors are persons or companies who provide wedding services and

products. They use the system to market their products and services
and attract more prospective clients. In addition, they can interact with
clients through the system.

Furthermore, the process of making this particular website
involves a lot of things that make it possible for us to reach

 3) PROPOSED SYSTEM :
3.1 SCOPE :

The proposed system will be a comprehensive web based wedding

planning system designed using PHP. This system will be capable of
planning, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating all the activities
related to the wedding. The web application will let the couple to
manage the budget against the supplier’s goods and services. It will
also help them to stay within budget when planning their big day.

The proposed system is intended to cover the following functional

aspects:
Wedding couple Registration

Wedding couples have ability to register themselves in the web

application. Name of the bride and groom, wedding date, and
homecoming date are needed.

3.2-3.3 OBJECTIVES & CONSTRAINS :

The system after careful analysis has been identified to be

presented with the following modules and roles.

website. Only admin have access into this
admin page. Admin may be the owner of the
website. The administrator has all the
information about all the users and about all
Wedding Planning. This module is divided into
different submodules.

 User PANEL :

 Studet can login in student panel and see

their profile. Student can see their all details
in student dashboard.student can change the

6.Software Testing :-
The testing process focuses on the logical intervals of the software
ensuring that all statements have been tested and on functional
interval is conducting tests to uncover errors and ensure that defined
input will produce actual results that agree with the required results.
Program level testing,modules level testing integrated and carried out.
 Functional Testing :
- All web page is working properly.
- All navigation work properly.
- MySQL database work Proper.
- All Pages Design is perfect.

 Environment Testing :
- Internet explorer and chrome consider testing for environment
- operability of software.

 7. LIMITATIONS AND FUTURE
ENHANCEMENT

 Limitation :

- All software is subject to technical problems. There’s a

possibility where the website could get hang or the server would
get more load.
- Using Online car selling websites can limit you to face how you
can market your business on other websites.

 System Future Enhancement :

 Ensure easy navigation through the system. Implement clear

menus, logical flow, and intuitive UI elements.
 Implement multi-factor authentication to enhance security for
user logins.
 Implement version control for documents to track changes and
maintain a history of document edits.
 Implement an internal messaging system for communication
between clint and administrators.
 Develop a system for automated attendance tracking using RFID
or biometric technology.
