LOG IN FORGOT PASSWORD

1. Click Forgot Password? link

2. Enter your USERNAME (BFP Account Number). Click RESET button.

3. Password recovery instructions will be sent to your email. Referring to the valid email
address the you have provided in your profile.

If you didn’t provide a valid email address, contact your Provincial, Regional or National Admin
to reset your password.

4. Open your email address, check ebfp generated message for change password.

5. Click to open message. Read carefully the instructions and click Change Password link.

6. Type your new password and click SUBMIT button.

DASHBOARD

The main dashboard a graphical user interface (GUI) that aims to integrate information from multiple
components into a unified display.

For a general users who doesn’t hold any administrative account in the eBFP portal, the left panel,
enables user to navigate MY PROFILE, ACCOUNT SETTING, and LOGOUT. In the main panel they will be
able to navigate the BFP website (www.bfp.gov.ph).

Succeeding pages provides detailed information on how users will be update its profile, change
password and exit from the system.

1. Type new password.

2. Re-type the new password.

3. Click SUBMIT button

Passwords are a first line of protection against any unauthorized access into your account. The stronger
the password, the higher level of protection from unauthorized entry.

Simply creating a strong password is the easiest way to halt hackers from getting inside. Password
strength has at least 8 characters and at least one upper case, one lower case, one number and one
special character.

Here’s an example of a password:

l3M0nT@rt

Change password at least every six (6) months.

Despite the difficulty in remembering a password, it is essential that you should never write them down,
share or store them your computer.

in the Personal Data Sheet and the Work Experience Sheet shall cause the filing of

Upload a recent, must be taken within the last six (6) months, passport size picture.

Do not leave blank entries. Put N/A if not applicable.

For holders of foreign or dual citizenship, please type in the textbox provided the foreign country where
you were born or naturalized.

APPOINTMENT STATUS as attested by Civil Service Commission (CSC)


•Permanent - an appointment issued to a person who meets all the qualification requirements of the position.
•Temporary - an appointment issued to a person who does not meet eligibility or any of the other qualification
requirements of the position: Provided, that there are no qualified eligible willing and actually available for
appointment and that the appointment shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
•Renewal - is the subsequent appointment issued immediately upon the expiration of a temporary, contractual or
casual appointment, if a qualified eligible is not willing and available, as certified by the Commission. Renewal
presupposes no gap in the service.
•Reappointment - is the issuance of an appointment during reorganization, devolution, or similar events.
Reappointment presupposes no gap in the service.

AUTHORITY refers to the Bureau Orders (BO), Regional Orders (RO), Office Orders (OO) or memoranda received to
effect the changes in service record.

RANK- position in the hierarchy of the BFP.

Entries will automatically and chronologically arrange itself once you have clicked the button
and successfully updated your profile.

Indicate level of Education select from the dropdown list

Indicate FULL name of schools. DO NOT ABBREVIATE.

Indicate all masters or doctorate degrees taken.

If graduated for every level, indicate year of graduation.

If not graduated in any level, indicate the highest grade, level or units earned.

Period of attendance are stated in school years (e.g. 1992-1996)

Indicate any scholarship and/or academic honors received in each level.

For multiple eligibility, click to create new line.

Indicate all civil service eligibilities earned with corresponding rating, date and place of
examination/conferment.

If earned eligibility entails a license (RA 1080), indicate the license number and its date of validity.

PDS GENERATION
One of the features of eBFP is to generate and print a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) CS FORM 212 (Revised
2017). MY PROFILE should be updated correctly and completely.

Click button.

Click OK button.

PDS CSC Form 212 Revised 2017 in excel format will be generated. CTRL+P to Print.
