Resolution for Terrace waterproofing (6
BMAOWA blocks) for RWH and digging 4 open wells
YES / NO
◼ Painting project complete. 7 blocks (including C block rework), parking levels, podium
and peripheral road completed in this year
◼ Budget savings (vis-a-vis approvals in last year’s AGM and GBM) is ~37L* in Corpus
(* subject to negotiations with AkzoNobel and Arrow Interiors and recovery of excess
payment from MM)
◼ Conducted camera inspection for all borewells and revived L, K and A block
borewells (Yield increased by ~2000KL)
◼ Pilot initiated for installing overflow sensors for OHT, UG sumps and automate
pump room operations (pilot indicates a saving of ~20% in water consumption for G, H, I and J
blocks in Dec, compared to Nov)
◼ Pilot also initiated for installing digital water meters in G & F blocks for
measuring tanker water delivery and real time water management dashboards
* However, together with such solutions we need to avoid holding events on podium lawns to prevent soil compacting, which hampers rainwater drainage
◼ Rain shades installed to prevent rainwater ingress into OHT buffer area and arrest
seepages on all terraces.
◼ Additional speed breaker installed in Peripheral road to control overspeeding and rash
driving
◼ Terrace waterproofing (E, B and J blocks) and fire tank (C block) completed to address
seepages
THANK YOU!!
