In line with the implementation of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the “Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015”, specifically Chapter 3 thereof, which provides for the creation of
a Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) at the city/municipality and provincial levels, we

Ceremony and Inaugural Session on January 15, 2024, Monday, 7:00 am, right after the City
Government’s Flag Raising Ceremony:
