The aim of this report is to expose the ideal skills and qualities that a person should have for

being the next candidate to the Junior Management position in an Advertising Agency. It’s
essential for the employer to be able to work in a team structure.

The first observation to consider is being a creative person because the agency accepts very
different projects from each other. Also be a resourceful person who propose different options
for the same project that impact the viewers might be a good sign. You should know how to
paint on a computer and use Power Point and creative apps in a efficient way. Above all not
having stage fright when presenting a sketch.

According to the agency mentality you should be hardworking and not settle for the first thing
you do. This makes you a suitable candidate for the position. We can´t forget the fact to have a
good English level. Knowing and fighting other languages such as French or Chinese always
adds up. Finally, as in all works, complete your workday and be punctual when you clock in is
basic.

Clearly, the future candidate should be a person with attitude, visionary and eager to learn and
improve every day. You may love this work and enjoy what you do. If you meet all these
requirements, you are perfect for being a candidate to the position.
