Students’ Club – Restaurant Registration Procedure

Dear Students,
In order to take advantage of the Restaurant Service at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki you need to do the
following:
1. After receiving the Erasmus ID card you need to go the Secretariat of your School to register and inform
you about your Institutional User Account (Ιδρυματικός Λογαριασμός).
2. After your successful registration at the Secretariat, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone
including two codes (APM & OTP) that you need for the institutional user account creation. This SMS will
arrive after some days. Visit the webpage https://register.auth.gr/account in order to create your user
account using the two received codes. Every service in the University like the Academic ID and the
Restaurant Service requires an institutional user account.
3. When you have all of the above ready, you need to follow this link: https://register.auth.gr/dining in
order to register for the Restaurant Service. The link for the Academic ID registration will be given to you by
the Secretariat.

If your Restaurant Registration is successful you will receive the following message:

Your application for dining at the university restaurant has been accepted.
You do not need to submit any other documents.
Please allow some time for processing of your application by the university
dining services.
You will be informed of the outcome by email.
