English language
Language is important because it's one of the main ways to communicate and
interact with other people around us. It keeps us in contact with other people.
English language is importance of a language. because it is the international
language and has become the most important language to people in many
parts of the world. One who knows good English can work anywhere in the
world and can find place to work in multinational companies of the world. or
to enter in global workforce.
family
the best gift God has given to everyone is a family. Getting a happy family is
a blessing because not everyone in the world has it My family has always
supported me without any claim, from the moral teachings to love and
support. For me, my family is like a strong pillar on which I can rely blindly
whenever I need support. My family is always there to inspire and support
me to overcome all life challenges and accomplish things.

Friendship
Friendship is one of the treasures that anyone can possess. God gave us the
right to choose friends because they will be with us forever a friend is someone,
who is initially a stranger. Then they take their place in our life above all the
other relations. Friendship is nothing but true and pure love without
expectations in return. True friends always support each other even during the
hardest of times. A true friend is one who feels happy for our success, on the
other hand, who feel gloomy for our failures. A true friend may criticize also so
that we may come out of our weakness. He may scold us if we do a mistake
and guide the right path. Love from your friend will always be unconditional.
They may expect nothing from us but shower their love always.

Team work
Teamwork is a compound word, combining team and work. Teams are a form
of group normally dedicated to production or problem solving. That leaves
us with the work. This is where our previous example on problem solving can
serve us well. Each member of the team has skills, talents, experience, and
education. Each is expected to contribute. Work is the activity, and while it
may be fun or engaging, it also requires effort and commitment, as there is a
schedule for production with individual and group responsibilities. Each
member must fulfill his or her own obligations for the team to succeed, and
the team, like a chain, is only as strong as its weakest member. Teams can
often achieve higher levels of performance than individuals because of the
combined energies and talents of the members. Collaboration can produce
motivation and creativity that may not be present in single-contractor
projects. Individuals also have a sense of belonging to the group, and the
range of views and diversity can energize the process, helping address
creative blocks and stalemates. By involving members of the team in
decision-making, and calling up on each member’s area of contribution,
teams can produce positive results

education
education is the base of human life We cannot do without any kind of
education education is an essential aspect of human development. Education is
a means of achieving a world of peace, justice, freedom, and equality for all.
Thus, education is extremely necessary for all. No good life is possible without
education.
 leadership
A leader is the one who knows the path, shows the path, and walks on the
path. It is very true. A person who just guides you and points out the path is
not a leader but a boss. But the person, who is ready to step on the risky
path with you by holding your hand, is the true leader.

A great leader is one who motivates you to achieve success. He is an

influencer who is not required to force the people to follow him. But due to
his deeds and qualities, people follow him on their own. It is not must for a
leader to have wrong build but a leader must have a strong personality.

Leadership is not an easy task. It is not for people with weak hearts. It is
about having a vision and aim. It is about being determined to achieve that
aim even after having so many hurdles in between. It is about influencing. It
is about positive and impactful communication. It is about having the
capacity to take is the decision in the worst picture. It is about managing with
visibility and not with undue power. It is linked to commitment,
determination, teamwork, loyalty, and earning respect. Above all, leadership
is about listening and accepting change.

My weakness
I some time lack confidence “In the past, I have sometimes struggled with
confidence. it hard when I have to do something that I have never done
before. particular when I made the mistake it used to be unacceptable
thing for me. I just know that the mistake is normally that every one have to
face and across it to be professional. I so believe that every one used to
make the mistake. some one said at first you have to make mistake than
you will be professional.

How to solve

I have tried to do new things every days I tried to do what I afraid to do in

the past. and I always tell myself that I am doing good glory is waiting for
me.

My home town
I come from ubonratchanee province it’s the biggest province in Thailand
The province is known for its strong Buddhist tradition, particularly the
practice of monks dwelling in the forest

as Pha Taem National Park, which is famous for its prehistoric rock

Yai waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Northeastern Thailand

Why the seafarers is importance.

everything 90% of the world’s food, fuel, raw material and

manufactured goods are delivered by sea. A seafarers who perform
one of the toughest jobs in the world by running those massive ships
through the roughest seas and riskiest areas. If it hadn’t been for
them, the global trade would come to a stand still, people would be
devoid of their basic necessities and some nations would find it
extremely difficult to even survive.

Where do you see yourself in five years

My sights are set on deck officers so I want to be a deck officer
in the next few years and I will try my best until I can come up
to be the master one day.
