Loads Accepted Per Dock and some need-to-know information concerning dock DELIVERY.
DOCK 1: Go thru 5th stop sign by white fence, make 1st right follow road as it yield toward the
right @ stop sign go straight thru & follow road as it yields toward the left and DK 1 will be sitting
on the right
*You can go inside to inquire if they have anything to pull from doors; if nothing available, take an
empty trailer back (pink empty sign) or CW Return Propak (orange return signage) or Top Hat (yellow
return signage)
*Only utilize this method of bringing a return or empty back to the ILC while operating in manual
trailer mode.
Call out pic time (some docks will operate by cycle) and, you will give them the last two
numbers in BOLD located up top on your pic card.

DOCK 8 ACCEPTS: 8/R8
Upon arrival @ dock 8 driver WILL walk inside past the racks and behind the racks: enter door, Go to the
immediate right once inside and, then you will see a desk on the immediate right underneath the Garage
Door; and get door to put trailer in.
DOCK 10 ACCEPTS:26/26A/R2/RP
Radio on channel 3 for dock 26 to copy or come in: ADVISE: whichever load you have and get ASSIGNED
door to back trailer into.

BOLD located up top on your pic card.
ONCE DRIVER IS SURE THAT THERE IS NO FREIGHT AGAINST THE DOOR THAT COULD
POSSIBLE FALL OUT. THE SAFTEY STRAP IS THEN REMOVED. ONCE STRAP IS REMOVED
THE DRIVER WILL THEN OPEN BOTH DOORS SAFELY & SECURE THEM WITH THE DOOR
TIE BACKS AND BUNGIE CORDS
DRIVER WILL GET BACK INTO HIS/HER TRUCK: RAISE 5TH WHEEL ALL THE WAY UP HIGH AS IT CAN GO
GET OUT & EXTEND LANDING GEAR LEGS ALL THE WAY DOWN PRIOR TO BACKING INTO DOOR. ONCE
BACKED INTO ASSIGNED DOOR. DRIVER WILL LOWER TRAILER (Make sure landing gear is touching the
ground before disconnecting) unhook from trailer and proceed to next move
DOCK 14 ACCEPTS: 14/33
Radio on channel 3 for dock 14 to copy or come in: ADVISE: whichever load you have & get assigned to
door to back in

IF WELL IS EMPTY DROP TRAILER IN WELL WITH OPEN DOORS & PICK CARD IN BACK OF TRAILER; OR YOU
CAN CALL NUMBERS LISTED ON OUTSIDE BUILDING DOOR FOR MORE INFORMATION

DOCK 14
Once you cross railroad tracks its 2nd dock on the right14

Cross railroad tracks and, make left onto street directly in front of dock 14
DOCKS 8-10 (10=Dock 26)
Cross railroad tracks go to 2nd stop sign and turn right, make 1st left yielding turn then, turn
immediate right. Dock 8 will sit on your left.
Dock plain 9: Is in middle of Same building.
Dock 9A: at is at far right of building.
Dock 10 (Dock 26): Dock 10/26 sits straight ahead to the right of Dock 9
DOCK 4
Cross railroad tracks go thru 3rd stop sign and you will see dock 4 sits to the RIGHT once you go
thru 4th stop sign…. Park on the left side close to the fuel station guard rails without blocking
right of way.
DOCK 3
Cross railroad tracks go thru 4th stop sign and you will see dock 3 sits to the right NEAR a white
fence.
BULLPIN
Cross railroad tracks go thru 5th stop sign and you will see BULLPIN A-G row sits straight ahead to
the right area.
H & I ROW BULLPIN
Cross railroad tracks go thru 5th stop sign and you will see BULLPIN A-G row sits TO YOUR RIGHT
continue to drive straight and you will see the dispatch to your right continue straight ahead &
make 1st right turn onto street and then make 1st immediate left into BULLPIN.
DOCK 1/1A
Cross railroad tracks continue to drive straight AHEAD thru 5th stop sign make 1st right TURN by
Dock 19 CONTINUE straight & yield towards RIGHT, continue straight TO stop sign, continue
straight and follow road as it yield toward the left, continue to follow road around as it yields
left again and you will see Dock 1 sitting on the right. DOCK 1A: Continue driving straight ahead
and Dock 1A sits on THE right.
NOTES FOR COMMUTER KNOWLEDGE
Propak/Orbit Returns: back trailer into any open door 103-115; with doors open and in
properly positioned in door. When no doors are available drop return on the north fence.
When you drop ANY return into any door in MANUAL TRAILER MODE copy dispatch & let them
know your trailer number and what door you dropped.
Top-Hat Returns: drop trailer into any open door 99-102
North Fence: When you drop ANY trailer on North Fence TAG EVERY TRAILER WITH
APPROPRIATE RETURN SIGN (Propak=orange, Top Hat=yellow, Empty=pink) and, copy dispatch
and let them know you dropped on North Fence

Top-Hat: CW-NFTH Propak: CW-NFRT Empty: CW-NFMT
TABLET Location: This LOCATION CODE IS FOR ILC LOCATION ONLY: CW-DR001
(When no loads initiate press the arrow located at bottom of screen every 10-20 seconds &
move your truck to a location closer to dispatch office for better WIFI connectivity.
OVER-RIDE LOCATION ILC: CW-DR(enter door number, must use cap lock on letters)
Example: CW-DR112
DO NOT SKIP LOADS IN SYSTEM MODE, CONTACT DISPATCH OR MS KIESHA SO THEY CAN
MAKE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS
WHEN YOU HAVE ANY EMPTY TRAILER ON YOUR BACK COPY DISPATCH AND ASK
FOR A DOOR! DO NOT DROP ANY EMPTY ON THE NORTH FENCE !
