6TH HOMEROOM PTA Meeting

June 29, 2023

 Fourth quarter updates
 Graduation
 Fourth Quarter Card Distribution

Our meeting started at exactly 3:00 pm with a prayer given by Mrs. Lucita Sandig. We also
have an energizer which is Zumba dance. After that Maam Amedo gave her welcome remarks and
tackled the agenda one by one. The first agenda was the update on pupils’ performance during the
fourth quarter. She showed us the computation of pupil’s final grades. Those who got 90 and above
average will be the ones who will qualified for honors. Next is the upcoming Graduation which is
scheduled on July 11, 2023. She read to us the DepEd Order 009, s.2023 that no collection policy
should be observed. Uniform was the first choice to wear during graduation which some of the
parents disagreed. To solve the problem, because some of the parents want to wear TOGA for their
children there should be the one who will sponsor it. So, some of the parents said that they will look
for someone who will sponsor their toga. Maam Amedo said that they will keep update for the said
plan. It has not yet been finalized so there will be a next meeting for final instruction. Lastly Maam
Amedo distributed student’s card for parents to sign on it.
The meeting ended with a prayer given by Mrs. Charmagne Torreno a grade 6 parent. And we
are dismissed at exactly. 4:30pm.
