10.00 A.M. Academic Procession to the convocation hall in the following order;
1. Vice Chancellor
2. Pro Vice Chancellor
3. Registrar
4. Controller of Examinations
5. Dean, Student’s Welfare
6. Director, FET, ITER
7. Dean, FET, ITER

They shall sit in the first row of the Dias

The Addl. Deans , Head of the departments and senior members of academic
Council shall sit on the second row on the Dias.

Dear Graduating Students of 2023,
Congratulations on reaching this significant milestone in your academic journey! We are
excited to inform you about the details for the upcoming Graduation Day. The program
schedule and important instructions are attached with this message.
Program Schedule:
Please find the detailed program schedule for the Graduation Day attached here. This schedule
outlines the various events and activities that will take place during the ceremony.
Gown Collection and Food Coupon:
To participate in the Graduation Day ceremony, you are required to wear the official graduation
gown. Gown collection will take place at the designated location starting at 9.00 A.M on each
day. To collect your gown, kindly follow these steps:
• Visit the designated gown collection area on the specified date and time.
• Pay a security deposit of Rs 500 to collect your gown. This deposit will be refunded
upon returning the gown after the ceremony.
• Along with the gown, you will receive a food coupon for the Graduation Day lunch.
Gown Return , Certificate Collection and Lunch:
After the Graduation Ceremony concludes, you are requested to return your gown at the same
collection area. Upon returning the gown, your security deposit of Rs 500 will be refunded
along with your certificates . Additionally, you can redeem your food coupon for a delicious
lunch that will be served on-site.
