    Letter of Acknowledgement

    I __________________ Hereby attest, that i have received the partial payment of Margarita D.
    Pag-ong for my land property, amounting to Seventy five thousand pesos (PHP 75,000) in
    addition to the down payment made also by Margarita D. Pag-ong, made on December 13,
    2023 amounting to Fifty thousand pesos (PHP 50,000).

    This letter further attest that the lot area offered for sale has a total lot size of One hundred fifty
    Square meters (150sqm) “only”, which was offered for sale in the amount of Two hundred
    and twenty five thousand pesos (PHP 225,000) “only”, (Equivalent to One thousand five
    hundred pesos (PHP 1,500) per square meter.)

    With the payment made in total of One hundred twenty five thousand pesos (PHP 125, 000),
    the remaining balance is One hundred thousand pesos (PHP 100,000) “only”, which can be
    settled “partially” or “fully” at any moment (With no exact due date).
