- Supervise and set recruitment strategies, candidates’ interviewing process, and participate in the final
selection decision
- Maintain an updated recruitment database that ensures quality personnel
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs from selected providers
- Develop training effectiveness, submit reports to HR Manager , and take corrective actions when needed
- Provide comprehensive support and advisory services to managers, employees and stakeholders, on all
