Leave Of Absence
If you are using the full Time Off function along with the LOA feature, you now need to enter your LOA ti
types in the relevant time profile. Users with this time profile can then apply for leave of absence in the
way as they would for any other time off.
If you are only using Time Off for LOA, you need to create a profile with exactly the external code
LEAVE_OF_ABSENCE_PROFILE and then to assign your LOA time types to this profile. There's no need to
assign this profile to employees.

Iteration 3 Change
When you assign a time profile to job information for an employee, the time accounts are generated automatically. However, if you
add further time types to an existing time profile, no time accounts are generated. To cover this, you need to create the necessary ti
account individually for the employee(s) affected. To do this, go to the Admin Tools and choose Manage Generic Objects. In the resu
screen, choose Time Account and make the necessary entries. You don't need to enter anything under Time Account Details.

Accrual Lookup By Seniority is an object designed to help you determine the accrual amount and accrual rule. The
accural amount depends on how long the employee has been with the company (Seniority). Based on that seniority,
employees get different accrual amounts. You only need to create records in this table if you are using the accrual
scenario.
- Seniority From: You can define this in months or years depending on how your system is configured.
- Seniority To: You can define this in
