Immigration

compensated for lost opportunities, but still face persecution and hesitantly

adapt to a new culture and environment. It is important for society to be

compassionate towards immigrants and commemorate their struggles and

achievements. However, the initiation of immigration can also be awkward and

sophisticated, as it involves navigating complex legal and bureaucratic systems.

Asylum seekers, in particular, face significant challenges and are often oppressed

by larger ideological, economic, and political forces. It is crucial for society to

understand and support asylum seekers, and to establish well-organized

resettlement programs that help them adapt to their new environment.

Improving cultural competence and developing culturally responsive treatment

services can also help support immigrants and refugees as they navigate the

challenges of immigration.
