Walgreens | March 2018 – PRESENT
• Worked on multiple health care projects like Saving a Trip for the customer, 90-day refills, Medicaid, Medicare,
Digital Enablement at Point of Sale, SMS projects, COVID-19 project, ACH and billing projects and has experience
in handling 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Minimized the number of pharmacy trips for the customer by bundling the prescriptions, and providing a new
pickup date to the patients which has resulted in enrolling 1M new patients.
• Successfully converted the patients on the 30-day refill reminder to 90- day refill programs, and there by reducing
the pharmacist workload by 9.5%.
• Converted around 2.3M Right Aid patients to Walgreens data base by following the existing business, legal, and
operational rules of Walgreens.

• Efficiently maintained Product backlog, Project plan and project related artifacts to drive results, and updated
