Chint Power Systems（CPS）will perform maintenance on “solar.chintpower.com”. In order to

reduce the risk of data communication interruption on your site, CPS plans to transfer your site to
the “global-2.chintpower.com” node Before end of January, 2024.

A few things that require your attention are as follows:

⚫ The migration of stations will be carried out from 11:00 to 13:00 local time to complete the
migration of online sites. Please check as soon as possible and restore the offline sites to the
Internet. CPS will automatically perform the migration operation the next day after the site's
Internet connection is restored.
⚫ This site migration operation will not affect the inverter power generation and data statistics.
⚫ Your accounts, those of your colleagues, and your clients will not be affected. CPS implements
SSO (Single sign-on) on different server nodes. After logging in to solar.chintpower.com, you
can switch nodes “Global 2” directly on the page.

⚫ When using Chint Connect APP, click APP setting, the latest version switch platform nodes
“Global 2”. Other version switch platform nodes “Chint Connect EU”. The APP will
automatically remember your settings.
