We have,

From the above condition, there are two possibilities.
Again we have,

 J neither uses Hobo nor Clutch.
From the above condition, there are four possibilities.
Again we have,
 The one who uses Birkin sits second to the left of I.
 The one who uses Saddle sits immediate left of the one who uses Duffel.
 L neither uses Duffel nor Kelly.
From the above condition, Case2, case1a, and case2a get eliminated.
Again we have,
 Either J or M uses Kelly.
 N does not use Clutch.
From the above condition, case1 shows the final arrangement

Based on the above given information we have:
Again, we have:
 T sits immediate right of the one who likes 19.
 The one who likes 19 sits facing U, who likes 22.
That means, in case (1) T sits second to the left of Q, in case (2) T sits immediate left of Q.
 R likes a number which is 4 more than the number liked by Q and sits second to the left of W.
That means, case (2) is not valid.
 W sits facing the one who likes a number which is 5 less than the number liked by T.
Since, only possible combination of numbers is (8, 13), thus S likes 8, and T likes 13.
 V likes a prime number.
That means, V likes 31, and P likes 32.
Based on the above given information we have:
Case (2) is not valid as R must like 19.
