interest free loans

The Suffolk Climate Change Partnership (SCCP) is working with Eastern
Savings and Loans (ESLCU) who are offering interest free loans to help
make your home “greener”. Loans are available for energy saving
measures such as insulation, boiler upgrades and renewable energy
systems e.g. solar panels, heat pumps and biomass heating. Loans are
only available for the installation of approved materials and technologies
by accredited installers.

Loan Terms and Conditions
Interest free loans are only available to residents of Suffolk.
There are a limited number of interest free loans available.
As a responsible lender, ESLCU might refuse loan applications.
A payment holiday of up to 3 months is available on request so that you can start to benefit from reduced
outgoings before starting to repay your loan.
The loan can only be used for approved items to improve the energy efficiency of your home and cheques
may be paid direct to the supplier you choose.
ESLCU reserves the right to apply charges in the event of default, which will reflect the cost of recovery.
