How: Around noon in Manila, Philippines, during a drugged fused haze, the suspect attacked the streets
and, in confusion, grabbed 11 years. old girl in knifepoint and started an intense hostage taking. The
police and officers at the time initially tried to negotiate, but it was futile. And suddenly, a vigilante tries
to take a shot at the suspect but misses, making the situation even worse. The suspect moves to a
courtyard, still with the hostage at knifepoint. Cornered, the suspect became even more paranoid. The
negotiator tried to talk to the suspect, even giving him money and a cab to leave the premises, but it
was to no avail. In an attempt to end this situation, the officers made a plan using a marksman going to a
high place to have a proper shot, and the negotiator tries to distract the suspect, and in a few seconds
after the marksman has a proper shot, he saves the hostage. Chaos ensues, for the bystanders don’t
know if the hostage was injured but was found in shock, and the suspect receiving a fatal wound died.
