board. Check spelling and pronunciation of these words.

Listening Exercise 2: Give Ss time to read through Miriam’s ‘to do’ list. Play the recording for Ss to listen and SS – T
comprehension read the dialogue and tick or cross the things on the list.

Exercise 3: Point out to Ss the use of the full forms of has and have in the table. SS – T

language Exercise 4: Check the verbs from Exercise 3 and ask individual Ss to add them to the correct list T – SS
