Coconut sambol Pumpking curry powder

Ingredients: Ingredients:
02 cup scrape coconut 1/2 cup rice
01 tea spoon chilli crumbs 01 tea spoon cummin seeds
1/4 tag spoon chilli powder 01 tea spoon mustard seed
1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder 03 peace cinnamon
1/2 tea spoon salt 01 tea spoon curry leaves
01 tea spoon onions 01 cup scrape cocont
1/2 tea spoon green chilli 02 nos cardamom
1/4 tea spoon garlic 03 nos clove
01 lime
1/2 tea spoon curry leaves

Method: Method:
add all ingredients in to persher moter and heat a pan and add all ingredients
chop until juice paste roast & grind and get it ready
add coconut & choped & lime juice

Pumpking curry Coconut Rotti

Ingredients: Ingredients:
100g pumpking 2 cups All-purpose flour
01 table spoon onions 2 cups scraped coconut
01 tea spoon garlic Salt to taste
01 tea spoon green chilli
01 tea spoon curry leaves Method:
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder Add all ingredients together
1/4 tea spoon cinnamon Add Luke warm water and make a dough.
1/4 tea spoon fenugreek Cook Rotti both side in dry pan
1/2 tea spoon salt
02 cup coconut milk

Method:
add all ingredients in to pumpkin and cook 15
min
add powder and mix well.

Rice Banana Fitters

Ingredients: Ingredients:
2 cups rice 2 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 Tea spoon salt 1/4 tea spoon vanilla essence
1/4 Tea spoon curry leaves 3 Tea spoon sugar
2 no's cardamom 1/4 Tea spoon baking powder
2 no's clove 1 cup water
1/4 tea spoon cinnamon
Method:
Method: Add all ingredients together to make a batter
Wash the rice three times Peel the bananas split it in to half lengthwise
Put other ingredients Dip in the batter and deep fry
Add water up to the first line of your middle
finger level.
Cook rice to 30min
Dhal curry Egg plant curry

Ingredients: Ingredients:
02 cups dhal (soak) 01 big egg plant
02 table spoon onions 01 table spoon onions

01 tea spoon curry leaves 1/2 tea spoon ginger
1/2 tea spoon tumaric powder 01 tea spoon curry leaves

1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon cinnomon
1/2 tea spoon salt 01 tea spoon raw curry powder
01 cup coconut milk 1/2 tea spoon tumaric powder

Method: 01 tea spoon roasted curry powder
add all spices & other ingredients in to dhal 01 tea spoon roasted chilli powder
add coconut milk & cook until dhal become 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
soft 1/4 tea spoon fenugreek
into the another pan put little oil & heat & put 01 tea spoon mustred cream
little onion/curry leaves /mustred seeds & 2-3 01 tablets spoon viniger
chilli peaces & temper & add to cook dhal 02 tea spoon sugar
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon cinnamon/cards man powder
02 cup coconut milk

Method:
cut egg plant like French fries & deep fry until it gets golden
brown
keep a pan on fire & add coconut oil & all ingredients except
tomatoes & tempered
put coconut milk & make agravy
then add fried eggplant/tomato & gently tossed & get.

Mangoes curry Okra curry

Ingredients: Ingredients:
01 mango cut in to 8 peaces 100 grams okra
01 table spoon onions 1 Tea spoon raw curry powder
01 tea spoon garlic 1/4 Tea spoon Tumeric powder
01 tea spoon green chilli 1/2 salt
01 tea spoon curry leaves 1/2 Tea spoon cinnamon
1/2 tea spoon ginger 1 Tea spoon onion chopped
1/4 tea spoon tumaric powder 1Tea spoon Garlic
1/2 tea spoon raw curry powder 1 Tea green chilli
01 tea spoon roasted chilling powder 1Tea spoon curry leaves
01 tea spoon cinnomon 1 cup of coconut milk
01 tea spoon mustred seeds
1/2 tea spoon fenugreek Method:
1/2 tea spoon salt Cutted okra with all the other ingredients out in pan
02 table spoon sugar add coconut milk
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder cook until it will be cooked.
01 cup coconut milk
Green bean curry is cooked similar to okra curry
Method:
heat pan & add oil and all ingredients except
spicers
add cutted mangos
cook until mango will be ready
Banana curry

Ingredients:
100g banana
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon Blake pepper powder
01 tea spoon raw curry powder
01 tea spoon mustred cream
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon cinnamon
01 table spoon onions
01 tea spoon green chilling
01 tea spoon curry leves
1/4 tea spoon fenugreek
1/2 tea spoon garlic
02 cups coconut milk

Method:
add all ingredients in to cutted banana
add milk & cook until banana get cook
