SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ELISEO S. ASUNCION, of legal age, married and with residential address at Brgy. Canda,
Municipality of Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines and LETICIA ASUNCION-CEDEǸO, likewise of legal age,
married, Filipino Citizen, with residential address at Brgy. Canda, Municipality of Sariaya, Quezon,
Philippines, has made, constituted and appointed and by these presents, hereby make, constitute and appoint
JELOME G. QUINDARA, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and with residential address at Brgy.
Ibabang Iyam, Lucena City, Philippines, as our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, place,
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and namely:

1. To act as our representative with full authority to transact business with: (1) Municipal and/or
Provincial Assessor’s Office of Sariaya, Quezon; (2) Bureau of Internal Revenue Lucena City (RDO
060); (3) Department of Agrarian Reform Office (DAR Quezon); and (4) the Registry of Deeds for
the Province of Quezon, in connection with the titling and registration of the following lots which are
described as follows:
a. Transfer Certificate of Title No. 066-2020005918 (Lot No. 1873-B-2) situated at Brgy.
Canda, Sariaya, Quezon containing an area of 1,054 Square Meters, more or less;
b. Transfer Certificate of Title No. 066-2020005922 (Lot No. 1873-B-6) situated at Brgy.
Canda, Sariaya, Quezon containing an area of 1,054 Square Meters, more or less,

2. To perform any act pursuant to the above undertaking and to execute and sign necessary documents and
request for necessary documents from afore-mentioned government entities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full and absolute power and authority
to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do, if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents, hereby
declaring that the foregoing powers are coupled with an interest in and to the subject matter thereof in favor of
the said Attorney and are therefore irrevocable.
