AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

We, The HEIRS OF MACARAMPAT DUMAMBA, all of legal ages, Filipinos and
residents of Libertad, Kauswagan, Lanao Del Norte, after being duly sworn in accordance with
law do hereby jointly, depose and state that:

1. That we are the surviving legal and direct heirs of the late MACARAMPAT DUMAMBA
who was registered owner of a lot situated at Libertad, Kauswagan, Lanao Del Norte, as
such we inherited by operation of law the said lot and we are thus the lawful owners
thereof;

2. That, however, by our tolerance, a certain _________________________ had a

building/house constructed on a portion of the same lot for a long period of time in the
past and which still exist until the present time;

3. That out of pure benevolence and for humanitarian sake, we allowed her to
erect/build a house on the portion of the aforementioned lot/land belonging to our
family unto __________________________, who has been the real owner and actual
occupant of the same building/house. This is in consonance with the ongoing
Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) expropriation of the very portions
affected by the agency’s construction of New Permanent Bridge at Larapan Bridge
Linamon-Zambonga Road.

4. That we executed this waiver being coerced nor ever intimidated by anyone, for all
legal intents and purpose it may serve best.
