Caurong Deed of Partition
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the co-owners of that certain parcel of
land situated in Lapayan, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte and more particularly described
as follows:
WHEREAS, it is to the convenience and advantage of the said parties that the
existing community of ownership between them be terminated, and their respective
shares and participation determined by mutual agreement and adjudication;
WHEREAS, for the purposes of this partition agreement, the parties hereto have
caused the above-described property to be subdivided the portion of Lot 4092 with total
area of 38, 183 sq.m into;
Lot 4092-A with an area of 1,605 sq.m bounded on the North West along
line 1-2 by the National Highway, on the North east along line 2-3 by
Larapan River, on the South East along line 3-4 by Lot 4092, and on the
South West along lines 2-5-1 by Lot 4091, cad 695. Beginning at a point
marked “1” on plan being N 86 deg. 46’W., 4,156.67m from BLLM No.1, cad
695, thence; N 89 deg. 30’E., 77.49m to point 2; S 38 deg. 52’E., 25.10m
to point 3; S 89 deg. 07’W., 82.90m to point 4; N 27 deg. 07’ W., 16.73m
to point 5; N 27 deg. 07’ W., 5.93m to point 1.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed, to partition
and adjudicate between themselves their common property as above-described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed their names unto this

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing agreement and
acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed.
This instrument consisting of three (3) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgement is written, has been signed on each and every page thereof by the
concerned parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
