WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the co-owners of that certain parcel of
land situated in Lapayan, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte and more particularly described
as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No.4092, Cad-695, AP-12-000805,

being S.89-04 W., 4,006.03 m. from BLLM No. 1, CAD-695-AP-12-000805,
thence: N. 26-48 W., 132.32 m. to point 2; N.89-30 E., 76.55 m. to point 3;
S. 38-51 E., 179.02 m. to point 4; S.33-05 W., 119.98 m. to point 5; S.57-
11 W., 76.74 m. to point 6; S.24-41 W., 30.26 m. to point 7; N.59-01 W.,
108.76 m. to point 8; N. 7-20 E., 24.14 m. to point 9; N.12-04 W., 24.75 m.
to point 10; N. 72-58 E., 47.76 m. to point 11; N. 15-11 W., 43.20 m. to
point 12; N. 67-45 E., 80.41 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing
an area of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE
(38,183) Sq. meters. All corners referred to are indicated and marked on
the ground by B.L Cycl. Conc. Mons. Bounded on the West along Lines 1-2
by Lot No.4091; On the North along lines 2-3 by National Highway; On the
East along lines 3-4 by Larapan River; On the Southeast along lines 4-5-6-
7-8 by Timberland and Mialonod River; On the West along lines 8-9-10-11-
12-1 by Lot No.4091, all of CAD-695. Bearing True. This lot was surveyed in
accordance with the existing laws, rules and regulations promulgated
thereunder by Odon Y. Gomera, Geodetic Engineer 11, on May 18, 1983
and approved on February 1, 1996. Note: This lot is further identified as
PPA. No. 123507-329.

WHEREAS, it is to the convenience and advantage of the said parties that the
existing community of ownership between them be terminated, and their respective
shares and participation determined by mutual agreement and adjudication;

WHEREAS, for the purposes of this partition agreement, the parties hereto have
caused the above-described property to be subdivided the portion of Lot 4092 with total
area of 38, 183 sq.m into;
 Lot 4092-A with an area of 1,605 sq.m bounded on the North West along
line 1-2 by the National Highway, on the North east along line 2-3 by
Larapan River, on the South East along line 3-4 by Lot 4092, and on the
South West along lines 2-5-1 by Lot 4091, cad 695. Beginning at a point
marked “1” on plan being N 86 deg. 46’W., 4,156.67m from BLLM No.1, cad
695, thence; N 89 deg. 30’E., 77.49m to point 2; S 38 deg. 52’E., 25.10m
to point 3; S 89 deg. 07’W., 82.90m to point 4; N 27 deg. 07’ W., 16.73m
to point 5; N 27 deg. 07’ W., 5.93m to point 1.

WHEREAS, the parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed, to partition
and adjudicate between themselves their common property as above-described.
