Direction: After watching the movie, Ded Na Si Lolo, create a synopsis and list down all the traditions and beliefs that
you saw in the movie which influenced the behavior and decisions of the characters in the story.

I. Sypnosis
The story of "Ded na si lolo" is about the father of who passed away. He has five children who are unable to deal with
the death of their patriarch. Charing’s shock at heard that her father had passed away was shown at the opening section
of the story. The Amonya sniffed at them so they could smell it, when she passed out medical attention was given right
away. Her family visited her father at her residence. She notice her other siblings when she got home because, they
would never see their father again. Mamang and Dolores did not get along on grandfather juanito's hill due of the
unequal view of their father when he was still alive and dolores secretly envied her brother there was widespread
sympathy for and realize the enigmatic woman had arrived. Aling pilar is the name and she was the first wife of juanito
everything she hasn't told her siblings is too late is because she knows the secret the sibling made up when their father
was taken to the grave as they realized the truth.

II. List of traditions and beliefs

1. Do not wear red color attire when you are going to a funeral wake.
2. The rosary should be cut so that a family member will not be next to passed away.
3. At the burial there is a young child , who should passed back ang fourth on top of the casket so that the
dead will not visit them.
4. It is a bad luck to have some tears on the casket
5. The order of the names of the family members of the family should be chronological remove before the
burial.
