The 34-storey Hotel comprises 540 guestrooms


and suites along with five restaurants and bars.
State-of-the-art meeting facilities total nearly
1,791 sqm, including a grand ballroom that
can host events for up to 1,300 people.

The Hotel is part of The Intermark, an


integrated development which includes
two grade A office towers and a retail podium.
Minutes from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and
world-class shopping at Suria KLCC and Bintang
Walk, the Hotel is also easily accessible to rapid
transit rail service connecting all major city
destinations, as well as to a high-speed rail link

Doubletree by Hilton, Kuala Lumpur is the city’s newest


and most dynamic meetings & events venue, with
over 1,791 sqm of flexible meeting space in a multitude
of sizes and configurations. Offering an impressive
suite of state-of-the-art facilities including wireless
presentation system (Level 10 Rooms), and built-in
motorised screens, along with LCD projectors.

Our nine function rooms are appropriately named


after some of the region’s most exotic flowers –
Hibiscus, Lotus, Frangipani, Jasmine, Orchid, Acacia,
Lilies, Peony and Rafflesia. Each similarly combines
both aesthetic appeal and natural functionality.

Dedicated Event Specialists will work with you from


planning to execution, to provide a venue tailored to
your needs and budget. Whether it’s a sales meeting
or seminar, a product launch or banquet, an event to
comfortably seat one hundred or cosily entertain twenty,

The Grand Ballroom, with a total of 1,085 sqm


has a maximum capacity of 1,300 guests. Boasting a
breathtaking pillarless design, it is both expansive while
at the same time conveying a sense of intimacy.
The Grand Ballroom can be subdivided into two
smaller ballrooms with soundproof walls. The foyer
offers picture window views, and access
to the pool terrace – ideal for pre-function
or in-between refreshments.

Create a Personalised Group Web Page for Your Event


Personalised Online Group (POG) pages are customised web pages that allow group
attendees to book group reservations online, 24 hours a day. Doubltree by Hilton,
Kuala Lumpur can build you a customised page which will have its own unique URL address
that you can place on your website, in literature to be sent out to attendees and on other
collateral. This page will be set up with the correct rates, on your required dates. Allowing
your attendees to access the link directly to book their accommodation with ease.

select such items as decorations, flower arrangements,
and all the other items, small and not so small, that go
