What do you know about the (i) vision, (ii) goal, and (iii) misson of CyberKid Vietnam after
Rebranding?
- Vision: Successfully raise up a new generation of responsible, talented and virtuous digital individuals
who are capable of leading themselves as well as the society towards a sustainable future.
- Goal: Be able to guarantee that both kids and youngsters are well-equipped for the digital age by
increasing their awareness and safety skills, in parallel with providing them with necessary digital
competencies.
- Misions:
+ Offer a plenty of opportunities for children and juveniles to learn crucial knowledge as well as
enhancing vital skills so that they have the ability to recognize, abstain and respond to threats, safety and
cyber security risks.
+ Assist children and adolescents in developing digital literacy so they can confidently take
advantage of future learning and employement possibilities available through the digital economy and
society.

2. What are the products of CyberKid Vietnam? Who are the target customers of each
product? Please follow this format: (Name of the product) - (Target customers)
CyberSchool – Students aged 9-15 years old (3rd-10th grade) in Elementary, Secondary and High
schools.
CyberClass – High school students with aptitude and passion for Cybersecurity.
CyberHome – Vietnamese families facing risks stemming from technological explosion and lack of
Digital Competency.
CyberHotline – Children who directly affected by cyber-attacks or those who witness such incidents.

3. Please tell us your understanding about the phrase "digital transformation". At least 50
words.

In the past few years, the concept of “Digital Transformation” has garnered a great deal of
publicity. This phrase can be defined understandably as the integration of digital technology
into all areas of a business, profoundly altering how you operate and deliver value to
customers. Additionally, it is also a cultural shift that necessitates constant status quo
challenge, experimentation, and comfort with failures on the part of organizations. Based on
this, digital transformation is undeniably imperative for the whole society. There is a
numerous number of driving factors behind the current explosion of this digital filed, but the
most motivating elements were the 4.0 technological revolution as well as the lately COVID-
19 outbreak. Moreover, not only has the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a severe medical
and political crisis, but also led to the highest unemployment rate, business closures and many
others. In light of this current global catastrophe, it is a call to action for all organizations to
adopt digital technology more rapidly in order to decline face-to-face interactions and most
significantly, meet the general frequent customer demand – online shopping and services. On
the individual scale, each of citizens, especially children and adolescents – our national future
generation, also be obligated to apdapt and utilize the power of digital technology to their
optimum potential. To aim this, each person must widen their digital competency, sharpen
indispensable digital skills and be aware of how to defend themselves against various
cyberthreats. That is also the reason why CyberKid was established, from assisting children
and adolescents in developing digital literacy to raising up a new generation of responsible,
talented and virtuous digital individuals who are capable of leading themselves as well as the
society towards a sustainable future.
