Commercial Terms:

Scope of Services: As outlined in this document.

Timeline: 4 weeks or as mutually discussed.

Working Hours Dedication: 2 hours everyday (Monday to Saturday).

Commercial Charges for Consulting Services: ₹50,000 for a 4-week

billing cycle.

Payment Schedule:

50% Payment released on the 15th day of the month.

Remaining 50% on the 30th day of the month.

Payment Method: Bank transfer or UPI transfer.

Termination of Services: The initial 15 days will serve as a trial period.

If either the client or consultant deems the collaboration unfit, a

termination request can be submitted
