The summary of the interview

1. What insight can you gain from your research on language teaching organisations?
I learned from the research teaching organization Indoles that they carefully screen
candidates and conduct tests to determine their qualifications as teachers. Additionally, they
have three branches: the oldest is in Ancol, the second is in Banyumangan, and the third is in
Kapuk, which is their furthest branch. They have been handing out pamphlets at a lot of
schools. Additionally, the Indoles Teaching Organization allows parents to offer suggestions
and counsel to their children who are struggling academically or who have weaknesses. This
can be done at the time of tutoring registration payment.

2. In your perspective, what areas could be improved? How and why?

I think the Indoles Teaching Organization needs to do more to advertise its teaching
services and products than just rely on Facebook and WhatsApp. Some ideas involve creating
YouTube videos for promotions and using Instagram, Twitter, and other social media
platforms to distribute fliers.
