1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Scope and Objectives
This document describes the framework to be used for the interfacing arrangements between
the Bourbon surfer manual ref BOS-MNL60702.0001, Promar Mamolino operating manual
ref….and of ENI – HSE management System. The purpose of this document is to provide agree-
ment on the framework to be used in order to mabage interfaces between all parties involved.
The Bridging document between ENI Congo / BOURBON / PROMAR is a “live” document and as
such may be subject to change. Prior to any significant change, joint consultation will take place be-
tween all involved parties management representatives.

2.1 Responsibilities
Bourbon pilot’s is the leader of the day to day transfer crew member vessel activities.
2.1.1 General
The transfer Boat to Boat must be performed as per Bourbon JSA : Transfer Boat to Boat.
The responsibility of performing the personnel transfer remains with the Captain of the transpor-
tation crew boat receiving or sending the crew.
The other crew boat shall be safely moored to mooring buoy.
The captain is responsible for the safety of his crew & vessel at any time.
The captain of the transportation crew boat will decide considering the two weather limitations
as per section 2.1.5 and vessel characteristics.
He is responsible for:
• Ensuring that his crew and himself are properly equipped (PPE and Life jacket with light).
• Establish communication with transportation crew boat and give the green light to start
operation.

Prior to performing the transfer and after the transfer, the transportation vessel should contact
the logistics representative on board the platform to inform of the operation which will be carried
out.
Max weather conditions to perform the operations are the following and not derogation will be
given to perform transfer with higher conditions:
• Waves : 1 meter
• Wind : 20 knots
2.2 Responsibilities
PROMAR and BOURBON, as per terms agreed in MIWRA, will not each other and ENI Congo
responsible in the event od accident during the transfer.
2.3 Emergency
In case of emergency, the crew boat captain should inform the site.
