Schedule 1: Schedule of Pricing Yr 1:

The billing rates supplied by the Tenderer, below, are to be based upon the
Tenderer’s ability to assure that all the terms and conditions in the Tender and
specifications for Floor Covering Services and accompanying attachments will be
met. All prices to be round to the nearest dollar.

Please note - the above Pricing Schedule assumes

 Each of the above work items will be undertaken with, and under, the Facilities
Coordinator’s ongoing direction and involvement.

Tenderer’s are to note:

 All fields are to be filled in. Fields fill showing “N/A” or “included in price” will
deemed the tender documentation as “non-conforming”
 Establishment cost if applicable will be included in the tender prices submitted
 Tenders are to allow for, site induction and familiarisation which is at the
expense of the contractor.
 Arts Centre Melbourne does not provide car parking; car parking is at the
expense of the contractor.
 All costs rounded to the nearest dollar

Tenderer’s are to state:

a) The length of time that these rates will remain constant.

b) Any proposed or foreseen increase in rates.

c) Proposed mark-up to be applied to parts, materials and sub-contracted
