2. I am the only member of six (6) siblings in our family who is currently living
here in Manila, Philippines, and longing for the presence of my brothers and sisters who
are living in Auckland, New Zealand for a long time. My wife who’s most family
members are living in Sydney Australia also missed special occasions with her aunties
and uncles. As a tradition in our culture, it is necessary to maintain our close family ties
as it improves our unity and camaraderie. Filipinos have a strong attachment to their
families since we value our family’s presence above anything else.

3. In this regard, may I respectfully request for a vacation leave to be spent in

Auckland, New Zealand, and Sydney Australia on February 1 to 28 2024.

19, 22, 23, 24 and 25, 2021; and

b. Memorandum from ACRS dated November 20, 2020 with subject: Weekly
Submission of On-The-Spot Inspection and Correction.

2. This pertains to the implementation of PNP MC No. 2017-060 otherwise

known as the Guidelines and Procedures in Conducting On-The-Spot Inspection and
Correction to conform to the guidance of the CPNP relative to the observance of
discipline inside PNP camps.

3. In this regard, submitted is the consolidated After Tour of duty report during
the conduct of On-the-Spot Inspection and Correction on March 19, 22, 23, 24 and 25,
2021 at the vicinity of NCRPO Headquarters, Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City. (See
attached photos during the said activity).
