Once the SCO/FCO is offered we will canny out a due diligence to verify the supplier whilst issuing the
ICPO. Once the ICPO is issued together will all company registrations documents and the owner’s
passport and TSA/CPA and other required documents.

For financial status we will provide an Authorization to Verify through our bank manager to your bank
manager for the value of product to be lifted. We do not issue any documents related to banking other
than direct bank verification.

I hereby with authority sign the below document ensuring we have the capacity and capability to
purchase product on Spot and long term as resellers and would like to have the best offered price points
either Platts- on long term or refinery prices so that we are able to manage the expenses downstream
providing it to the end buyer.
