Application For Residence in Accordance With The EU/EEA Regulations Has Been Registered
I understand that the application has not been submitted until I have met with the police and
submitted the necessary documents, including a signed paper copy of this letter. The application
form gives me an overview of the documents that I have to submit. This document list is adapted to
my situation as described in the application form. I understand that the police and the Norwegian
Directorate of Immigration (UDI) can ask me to send additional documents digitally. I hereby confirm
that the police have complied with their duty to provide guidance and have given me clear
information about which documents are missing and how to forward additional documents.
The waiting time is calculated from the day I deliver the documents. I am aware that the application
can be sent to the UDI and may be rejected if the necessary documentation described in the

stamp or be legalized by the foreign authority in the country where they are issued. I understand
that I must find out myself if this applies to my documents. I find out this by going to the UDI's
website: https://www.udi.no/en/word-definitions/apostille-and-legalisation-for-eueea-cases/.
I understand that the Norwegian immigration authorities can obtain relevant information about me or
my reference person from other public agencies, process this and any subsequent cases under the
Immigration Act. Collaborating agencies include the tax authorities (Skatteetaten), the Norwegian
Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) or The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund
(Lånekassen).
I confirm that the information I have provided in my application is correct and complete. I understand
that if I provide materially inaccurate or manifestly misleading information or refrain from providing
information of material importance, I may
