PROFILE
Hello! I am Zxiencen
Prodigalidad, the manager of "Sweet Choice Bento
Cake" and also the owner. I am 16 years of age and
have 1 older sister which makes me the youngest
child. I love and enjoy watching videos about
decorating cakes or other pastries, I also can make
mini cakes and that is how I come up with this
business.
To be honest, when I was a child I am not
into business but look at me now starting a business
with my abilities, skills, and talents. Handling a
business needs to have a better manager, who can
relate to them and I just want to share with you that
I am that kind of manager that shows love for
everyone, I am fair, I have my respect, I am strong
and I am passionate.

"Organizations as Communities" by Ms. Mary
Parker Follet. The theory about Organizations as
Communities is about how Ms. Folett viewed
organizations as communities, which I adore
because it gives employers to have the freedom
to speak about what they have in mind, this type
of management can help my business to grow
more because of the ideas and the cooperation of
the employees. As a manager I do not want them
just to work and to see me as their manager, I
want them to realize that we are a community
that combines different power for a greater good.

In today's generation, some people sell cakes
online, and bento cake is popular now in
events such as Valentine's Day, Birthdays,
Christmas, Anniversary, Gender-Reveal, and

is a small business but a friendly, healthy, and

I have learned in Organization and Management that everyone
can be a manager in their way, it is just you need to be
responsible for what responsibilities and duties you have, after
all, you have your people to help you in a crisis. Management
and an organization work well if there are people who work on
specific things, management is just like a body, and if
something is missing it doesn't function well, and that is how
people are important in every aspect. Organization and
Management helps me to be a better leader in the future, and
to organize wisely and cleanly, but in today's month I am
working on it, and I assure in the future that this subject will
be one of the reasons why I have the skills and talents that a
true leader possesses. To conclude, a manager needs to be an
