Weekly assignments are due by the end of each week at 11:59pm, ET: Weeks 2 – 7 run
Sunday to Saturday. Week 7.5 overlaps with week 7. Week 7.5 opens on a Friday and
the course officially ends on Monday.

criminal law and the uniform commercial code affect cyber-law. (This outcome is
met through the Report Assessment).

2. Explain how corporate culture influences ethical decision making. (This outcome

3. Interpret how the law applies to workplace scenarios such as privacy, affirmative
action and sexual harassment. (This outcome is met through the week 4
discussion and reflection).

4. Align social responsibility strategies and goals with organizational objectives to

develop positive social change and business values. (This outcome is met
through the Case Study Assessment).

5. Interpret the law to devise a valid and ethical solution to a problematic

workplace scenario and then present your case and solution to the scenario using
multimedia. (This outcome is met through the Portfolio Project).
