 1. Control levers of crane functions, linear or joystick. Moving a lever (up or down), the respective
hydraulic part of the crane moves.

5. Speed selector. This control allows you to reduce the operating speed in 5 different steps, from 100%
speed to 60%, 50%, 40%, 30% and 20% by limiting the hydraulic steering.

7. GREEN LED indicating the speed at which you are working on it:
- Led does not blink from 0% to 100%
- 1 flash every 3 seconds 0% to 60%

- 5 flashes every 3 secondsida 0% to 20%

Cable for cable control

The push-button panel is connected to the electrical box via a flexible 3-core cable. This cable transmits
information from the remote control to the electrical box.

 Cable for opto fibre operation

The remote control is connected to the electrical box via a fiber optic cable. This cable is used in operations
that require optical fiber.

Electrical box

The electronicbox is made of aluminum and is equipped with contacts for connection to the portable control
unit, the radio receiver box and the ON/OFF functions. There are also connections for power supply, electro-
hydraulic converter valves and drain valve.

Several cables arrive at the electrical box:

the wiring +/- represents the power supply
DV wiring is related to the exhaust or emergency valve

the cables numbered from 1 to 8 correspond to the levers of the remote control: each lever is associated
with a wiring that transfers the messages for the movement of the crane.

Ex-cable
A thin, flexible 7-core cable that can be connected to the electronic box for output ON/OFF functions, for
ongoing signal management, such as overload reduction and elevator functions, and for communications if
more than one electronic box is used.

Battery and charger

The radio transmitter board (which is encapsulated and has a well-proven integrated antenna) is mounted
on the electronic board of the control unit (HTX 402). The radio transmitter is connected via a pin strip, to
the electronic board and is screwed using four fixings.

 Radio receiver box

The radio receiver box is made of aluminum and is equipped with accessories, a proven antenna and a
connector for connection to the electronic box. A green LED on the radio receiver indicates the supply
voltage.

When the radio receiver box is connected to the electronic box, a unique identity code is automatically added
to the control information.

TEST MODE
To simplify service and troubleshooting, the portable control unit can be put into TEST MODE
This means that the service man can easily control the switches of thecontrol unit without the need to open
it.
When each switch or lever is activated, a "beep" is emitted to confirm that the mode is working.

1. Press the stop button on theadiocomando

2. Rotate the stop button and press the ON button
3. Press the ON button 10 times in quick succession
4. The RED LED on the remote control will start blinking fast
5. TEST MODE is now active
6. Each time a switch is activated, the control unit must beep.
7. Every time a maneuvering lever is activated, the acoustic signal must increase in "sound intensity"
with the movement of the lever. Control
8. When the test of the control unit is complete, press the stop button. The remote control will now
work normally.

Do the following:

1. Remove the battery from the remote control.

2. Connect the control panel to the electrical box via the control cable
3. Press the emergency button on the radio and crane
4. Release the emergency button on the crane and radio
5. Press the on button. Then press and hold the same button for 10 seconds until the radio beeps in
quick succession.
6. The program is completed. Remove the control cable and reinsert the battery back into the remote
control
7. If the procedure does not work try again from the beginning
