‘not self-attested’ then self-attested copies of the same are to be furnished by the
concerned applicant.
 An ‘Undertaking’ providing the details/ correct information related to the unfilled
or wrongly filled Clause(s) of Application Form is to be furnished by the
concerned applicant.
 With respect to ‘Photograph Not Self Attested’, an Undertaking along with
Self Attested Photograph' is to be furnished by the concerned applicant.
