Employees Provident Fund among the workers in the Mando India Pvt Ltd. To learn about
the fulfilment level, to analyse the EPF advantages and to distinguish the age gatherings of
respondents in association who inclines toward EPF for Loan and different plans.The sample
size of the study is 30. Tools Used for Analysing Data are Percentage Analysis, Chi - Square
test, Ranking method – Test, Anova test. Findings shows that 67% of representatives are clear
with inclusion under the EPF Act and know about the Employees commitment rate.
Individuals acknowledged that their EPF records are kept up in great way by the association.
70% of individuals said that the EPF commitments is great investment funds for their future
reason. 87% of people groups educated that their association covers all representatives under
the EPF Act then the majority of the senior workers are fulfilled on this EPF plans.

Ramesh.S (2017) study was to examine the level of awareness of pension plan among
employees who working in private sector in Salem and Erode districts of Tamil Nadu. The
study was conducted with a view to find out the feasibility for investments pension / group
insurance plans. The research design used for this study is a combination of descriptive and
empirical research. Sample size for this study is 300 customers, Tools for the Study:
Percentage analysis, t-test, ANOVA Data Analysis and Interpret. Findings shows that the
employees are less aware on the availability and benefits of various pension plans. Also
expressed that they have least level of awareness on the availability of individual and group
pension plans. The employees have expressed a fair amount of interest to invest in pension
plans and they are ready to open pension policies if someone approach.

Fund and assess perceptions of AMARARAJA INFRA employees towards Employee
Provident Fund then examine employee hurdles while changing their jobs with regards to
EPF and analyse the benefits enjoyed by employees of having EPF account. The study
proceeded through primary and secondary data. Sample size: 100 . Findings shows that 80%
of Employees are aware of EPF, 20% employees are facing hurdles, while changing their job.
It is clear that 75% of the employees are happy about their benefits of EPF, because it will
help them in future prospectus and long-term savings, 90% of the employees are clearly
saying that, they are getting 12% of EPF, then company is providing many options to check
the PF balance and also by the facility PF passbook. So, most of the employees are said that,
they are enjoying the benefits which is provided by the company.

The study intends to measure the contributors’ response from the initiative launched by EPF
that permits the hajj registration through savings in EPF. The study was done in questionnaire
format distributed to 350 EPF contributors within the Klang Valley region (EPF Office in
Shah Alam and also TH Perdana Maju Junction) Klang Valley was chosen due to availability
of significant white-collar workers which displays a significant presence of middle- and high-
income families which associates with private sector workers since they are the main
contributors’ for EPF.
Findings shows that in the summary descriptive statistics, they are seeing that generally, the
respondents view their contribution to EPF rather positively with an average score of 3.7572
on a 5-point scale. While a similar observation was also present in the respondent’s
perception on the convenience obtained from the EPF withdrawal for hajj scheme at a score
of 3.9678. However, the attitude of the respondents on the withdrawal is fairly neutral. All
variables are fairly correlated with each other.

Dr. Monali Ray, Dr.Rinkoo Shantnu(2021) aims to make a comparative study between two
forms of small savings schemes-public provident fund and Sukanya samriddhi account
introduced by the post office and its awareness among individuals ,the various small saving
schemes introduced by the post office and to investigate the sources of awareness about the
small savings schemes then investigate the awareness of public provident fund and Sukanya
samriddhi account among investors. Descriptive research design is adopted to conduct this
research .Both primary and secondary data are utilized for the study. The primary data was
collected from 20 respondents from Mumbai and Kolkata region, convenience sampling
method is used to collect the data from the identified respondents. Findings shows that there
were 13 parameters taken on which awareness about the PPF was analyzed, all the
respondents are aware that in public provident fund that amount invested and maturity
amount are tax free and loan against PPF is allowed. Most of the respondents are aware about
the maximum and minimum amount of investment in PPF and that the interest on PPF is
compounded annually.

Asha , Dr. Lekshmi Bhai P , Nayana (2017) understand whether employees are satisfied with
the different schemes under employee provident fund and analyse whether provident fund
schemes have a positive impact to provide retirement security to employees. Study has been
designed as a descriptive one based on both primary and secondary data. The universe of the
study consists of employees of the 21 cotton textile mills in Kerala. The cotton textile mills
for the study were selected using stratified random sampling method. Since it is a
comparative study textile mills existing in Kerala were classified into three stratums i.e.,
Private, public and cooperative textile units. Findings shows that Employee Provident Fund is
the most popular benefit, 90 percent of the employees are enjoying this benefit. It is said that
61.2 percent of employees are opted Employee Pension Scheme. Regarding employee deposit
linked insurance 26 percent of the employees said that they are getting the benefit. The
overall satisfaction of employees regarding EPF across these sectors are significantly
different. Co- operative sector indicates that the employees in these sectors are satisfied with
EDLI scheme.

Chaithanya S , Dr. Venkatesh (2018), is to understand the investment pattern and distribution
of EPF among the Central & State Government. The main objective is to study the
investment pattern in different categories. The present study is a Descriptive study which is
quantitative in nature. The present study is based on secondary data. The data were analyzed
using simple inferential statistics. Findings shows that the major contributor in case of EPF is
employer and Employee, the Government's contribution towards the welfare of employee is
nil, It is the employee a major contributor for is welfare for his/her future. It is true that there
is a need for increase in social expenditure for a poor country like India. The EPF has a
steady growth from year to year.
