 Problem Statement
Office Location Selection
Company gives 10 Locations where Office can be leased in Mumbai
Employees can give 3-5 Locations as preference from list of 10 Locations
Each Preference has a weightage associated with it
Final three Locations offered basis number of times employees select it and associated weights against each preference
Also, Company wants to know least 2 preferred locations so that they do not consider it in future also
Company also wants to know for what percent of employees their preference not met
