Further, vide letter under reference (ii), Railway Board has also informed that 2X25 KV
up aradation work electrification works shall be executed by Zonal Railways through
CEE/Projects. It is also elaborated that SAG Officer, i.e., CPD/RE/UMB shall report to
PCEE/NR for execution of 2x 25 KV upgradation works along with left over 1 x 25 KV
electrification works.

Item (e ) of the letter further elaborates that 75% of the Gazetted as well as Non
Gazetted manpower of the units proposed for transfer to Zonal Railways shall report to PCEE
of the concerned Zonal Railway for execution of the targeted 2 X 25 KV electrictraction
ungradation work as per sanctioned Umbrella work, left over works/ drawing completion report/
nnst contractual issues of 1x 25 KV electrification works of RE projects and maintenance and
upkeep of newly created electric traction infrastructure assets.
In view of the above, PCEE/NR has directed for following preliminary works for the
execution of 2 x 25KV up-gradation work in above sections:
.Riy.

() Feasibility for 3-phase supply from CTU/STUfor drawl of power for 2x 25KV TSS
including associated works.
(ü) Site- Survey for 2 X 25 TSS, SP and SSP.
(ii) Preparation of General Power Supply diagram, Wiring diagram and Sectioning
diagram of the respective sections.
(iv) Preparation of detailed estimate for OHE 2x25 modification & PSI/SP/SSP
installation.

Further, listof staf/officer alongwith duty list of RE/UMB unit shall be provided to this
office and no staff from RE/UMB unit shall be transferred to any other unit.
This is issued with the approval of PCEE/NR.
