PERFORMANCES FOR TONIGHT
EUPHONIANS?
A group of singers in Springdays School,
Vellore, called The Euphonians is being
formed at the senior school for the purpose of
performing at our Jamboree at Springdays. The
name Euphonians, which originates from Greek,
means sweet voiced and refers to the pleasing
songs of birds. The aim of the Euphonians is to
develop the musical, creative, and expressive
qualities of all our students. We offer musical
opportunities to each child, where they can
learn the essential skills of singing, playing
instruments, and understanding the language
of music. Additionally, they will expand their
song repertoire, enhance their listening abilities,
and explore the interconnections between
music and various cultures and subject areas.
They are versatile in creating and experiencing
music as part of a musical ensemble. Students
’Amazing grace’, this song’s opening lines say, "The
have the ability to express themselves
musically through dynamics, phrasing, and
involve facial expressions and movement for a
refined performance. Alongside this ,they will
grasp the structure of musical compositions
through listening and analysis and be able to
identify patterns in musical scores by listening
and visually observing. Moreover, they will
continue to develop an understanding and
appreciation for the diversity of music from
different cultures and the way music links
people, places, and time. Our Jamboree will
serve as a solid foundation for advancing their
musical skills as they progress through high
school and aim to become lifelong participants
spirituality. So you have to believe something that
