Job Title: MT-Management Trainee.

Job Location: Faridabad (Haryana), India.

Educational Qualification: Full Time MBA (HR/Marketing/Finance)

Eligibility: Minimum 6.5 CGPA with no active backlog.

Service Agreement: 2 years of Service Agreement (Rs.1, 00,000 will be recovered if

trainee leaves organization within 2 Years as a result of liquidated damages)

Terms & Conditions:

1. There should be no active backlog

2. Candidate will be on the job training for 1ST Year.

3. After completion of one year training, Trainee would be absorbed as Senior

Executive.

Salary Details:

Total CTC for First Year (Training Period): Rs.3.60 LPA

After completion of Training, 2nd Year CTC-Rs.4.56 LPA

Other Benefits:

 Retention Bonus on successful completion of 3 years from Date of Joining as per

policy.
